Castaheany Taekwon-Do School opened in September 2006. We teach authentic ITF Taekwon-Do. Castaheany's chief instructor is Mr Gary Kavanagh 4th Degree.

We run both adult and junior classes on Mondays and Saturdays. We also run a fitness class from 3.30pm to 4.30pm on a Saturday.Since opening the school has gone from strength to strength and we hope to keep expanding in the future.

If you are already a Taekwon-Do practitioner or you would like to join Taekwon-Do, please contact us. Everyone is welcome.

Castaheany Class Times:


Adults:
Monday 9pm-10pm & Saturday 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
Fitness Class on Saturday from 3.30pm - 4.30pm

Juniors (U12): Monday:  8pm-9pm & Saturday 1.30pm - 2.30pm.

Dunboyne Class Times:


Wednesday 8pm - 9pm Old School Dunboyne

All Ireland Open Taekwon-Do Championships 2009

Master Paul Kavanagh VII is hosting a Master Class Seminar in Dunboyne Castle on May 3rd. This seminar is open to all Taekwon-Do adult Black belt & colour belt (over 16)practitioners regardless of federation or association.

The seminar will be followed by a colour belt grading, if you are due or have any students that are due to grade, the opportunity is available to grade under Master Kavanagh.

Ireland wins 2 Gold and 1 Silver medals

Hall for Extra Training Available.

If anyone is interested in doing some extra Taekwon-Do practice Paul Nolan can get the hall in DCU Glasnevin. The days the hall is available vary and it'a usually available from 7-8pm.
